Construction of Political Economy Discourse System from the Perspective of Theoretical Sources and Disciplinary Features

现代经济学或政治经济学基本上是在西方语境下发展起来的。中国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设所取得的伟大成就为构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学创造了条件、提供了基础。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的话语体系至少包括方法论、基本概念、理论和理论体系,其构建的路径有:第一,要建立起学科共同体;第二,既要以马克思主义为指导,又要借鉴和吸收西方经济学的有益成分,关键是体现出中国特色;第三,必须要"走出去";第四,需要分层次逐渐传播,并产生影响。

Modern economics or political economy is basically developed in the western context. China’s great achievements in reform and opening up and socialist modernization have created conditions and provided the basis for building a socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics, of which discourse system should at least include methodology, basic concepts, theories and theoretical systems. The ways of construction include the four parts. First, we should establish a discipline community;Second, we should not only take Marxism as our guide, but also learn from and absorb the beneficial elements of western economics. And the key is to present Chinese characteristics. Third, we must"go global". Fourth, it needs to spread in layers and has an impact.
