脱脂餐厨垃圾和玉米秸秆混合燃烧特性及灰熔融特性分析 被引量:1

Analysis of combustion and ash fusion characteristics of defatted kitchen waste mixed with corn straw

摘要 探究了玉米秸秆(CS)和脱脂餐厨垃圾(DKW)混合的燃烧特性和灰熔融特性,对DKW、CS及其混合样品进行了热重分析,对混合灰样进行了X射线荧光分析、X射线衍射分析以及扫描电子显微镜观察。结果表明:总体而言,随着CS掺混量的增加,混合样品着火温度升高,燃尽温度降低,CS掺混量为90%(质量分数)时燃烧特性最佳;混合灰样中莫来石和硅线石会随着CS掺混量的增加逐渐降低直至消失,而白榴石会逐渐增加,同时混合灰样由絮状结构逐渐结块,然后出现孔隙,碱酸比和硅铝比逐渐增大,而硅比逐渐减小,导致混合灰样熔融特征温度逐渐降低。从处理DKW的实际目的出发,在CS足够的情况下,CS掺混量为90%是最佳焚烧掺混量。 The combustion and ash fusion characteristics of corn straw (CS) and defatted kitchen waste (DKW) mixture were investigated. The thermogravimetric for DKW,CS and their mixtures,and X-ray fluorescence,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy for ash mixtures were conducted. Results showed that the ignition temperature increased and burnout temperature decreased with the increasing of CS in general. The combustion characteristics got best when the mixing quantity of CS was 90%(mass fraction). In ash mixtures,mullite and sillimanite decreased until they disappeared with the increasing of CS but leucite increased. At the same time,ash mixtures gradually agglomerated from flocculent to pore. What’s more,the alkali to acid ratio and silicon to aluminum ratio increased,and silicon ratio of ash decreased. In conclusion,CS could reduce the fusion temperature of ash mixture. In order to treat DKW for real application,the mixing quantity of CS of 90% was the best mixing quantity for combustion if CS was easy to acquire.
