摘要
一台16M缤智RU5车型,由于维修技师操作不当,导致由于空气流量计局部堵塞,引起发动机故障灯点亮的一个故障案例。根据广汽本田汽车电子维修手册的故障排除指引,借助本田诊断仪HDS,使用测量的方法,读取数据流,根据故障现象,结合数据分析,分析故障可能存在的原因,采用替换件的方法进行故障验证,查阅维修手册,细致观察部件结构特点,逐步找到故障点。
A case of engine failure lamp illumination caused by local blockage of air flowmeter due to improper operation of maintenance technicians in a 16M Vezel RU5 vehicle.According to the troubleshooting guidelines of Guangzhou Automobile Honda Electronic Maintenance Manual,with the help of Honda Diagnostic Instrument HDS,the data flow is read.According to the fault phenomena,combined with data analysis,the possible causes of the fault are analyzed.The method of replacing parts is used to verify the fault.After looking up the maintenance manual and observing the components' structural characteristics carefully,the fault point is finally fixed.
