摘要
以高强钢Q345B为研究对象,利用有限元软件Abaqus对激光喷丸过程进行数值模拟,探讨激光参数与光斑布置方案对残余应力分布的影响,并通过Q345B试件进行激光喷丸试验,以ProtoXRD残余应力测试仪对试件残余应力值进行测量,对比验证激光喷丸仿真结果的准确性.结果表明,数值仿真可以很好地预测激光喷丸后结构残余应力分布特性,且激光参数设置存在最优值,过高的激光参数设置会影响残余应力分布稳定性.
Taking high-strength steel Q345B as the research object, the finite element software Abaqus was used to carry out numerical simulation of the laser peening process, and the influences of laser parameters and spot arrangement scheme on residual stress distribution were discussed. The laser peening test was carried out on Q345B specimen, and the residual stress value of the specimen was measured by Proto XRD residual stress tester. Meanwhile, the accuracy of laser peening simulation results was verified by comparison. The results show that the numerical simulation can well predict the residual stress distribution characteristics of the structure after laser peening, and the laser parameter setting has an optimal value. Excessive laser parameter setting will affect the stability of the residual stress distribution.
