摘要
为提出抗离析性能优良的橡胶沥青制备方法,研究了橡胶沥青存储稳定性衰减规律影响因素.制备橡胶粉掺量、剪切温度、剪切时间和剪切速率不同的橡胶沥青进行不同存储时间下存储稳定性试验,得出软化点差随存储时间变化规律.结果表明,随着橡胶粉掺量和剪切时间的增加,橡胶沥青存储稳定性随存储时间增加的衰减速率呈先降低后升高趋势,而剪切温度增加时衰减速率逐渐降低,剪切速率增加时衰减速率呈先降低后基本不变趋势;采用橡胶粉掺量为16%、剪切温度为180℃、剪切时间为90min和剪切速率为7000r/min制备的橡胶沥青存储稳定性优良.
In order to propose a preparation method of rubber asphalt with excellent segregation resistance, the influencing factors of storage stability attenuation law of rubber asphalt were studied. The storage stability of rubber asphalt with different rubber powder content, shear temperature, shear time and shear rate was tested under different storage time, and the variation rule of softening point difference with storage time was obtained. The results show that, with the increase of rubber powder content and shear time, the degradation rate of storage stability of rubber asphalt decreases first and then increases with the increase of storage time. While the degradation rate decreases gradually with the increase of shear temperature, and with the increase of shear rate, the attenuation rate first decreases and then basically remains unchanged. The rubber asphalt prepared with 16% rubber powder, 180 ℃ shear temperature, 90 min shear time and 7 000 r/min shear rate has excellent storage stability.
