浅议中国企业在柬埔寨投资存在的问题及对策

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Chinese Enterprises Investing in Cambodia

柬埔寨是“一带一路”的重要沿线国家,也是中国在东盟的重要战略支撑和重点投资区域。近年来,中柬两国在“一带一路”框架下不断展开深度务实的合作,提升了两国经贸合作规模和水平,推动了柬埔寨经济的加速发展。但是,随着中国企业对柬埔寨投资金额的不断增多,投资领域的不断扩大,不可避免地出现了一些问题。针对中资企业在柬埔寨投资经营过程中出现的一些新问题进行分析,并就如何解决问题提出一些粗浅的对策和建议,以供在柬埔寨投资发展的中国企业参考。

Cambodia is an important part of "The Belt and Road", and is also an important strategic support and key investment area of China in ASEAN. In recent years, deep and pragmatic cooperation between China and Cambodia under "The Belt and Road" framework has promoted the scale and level of economic and trade cooperation between two countries and accelerated the economic development of Cambodia. However, with the increasing amount and fields of investment in Cambodia by Chinese enterprises, some inevitable problems appear. In the light of the analysis of some new problems in the process of investment and operation of Chinese-owned enterprises in Cambodia, some measures and suggestions on how to solve the problems have been put forward for reference.
