摘要
朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的劳动力资源出口即劳动力输出现象是当今世界关注的焦点问题。对世界范围内的朝鲜劳动力资源出口的现状进行宏观分析,对其劳动力资源出口的规模与方向进行梳理,重点关注朝鲜劳动力在俄罗斯、中国等主要输入国的情况,简析朝鲜劳动力资源出口这一重要国际合作形式对朝鲜国家经济发展的意义,由此对联合国安理会现行制裁条件下朝鲜劳动力资源出口的前景做出研判和预测。
The labor force export in North Korea attracts the attention from all over the world. The paper makes an overall analysis on the status-quo of global export of labor force in North Korea, and tries to point out the scale and direction of labor force export with special focus on the situation in main input countries, such as Russia, China and so on. Then the paper briefly analyzes the significance of the export of Korean labor resources, which is an important form of international cooperation, to the economic development of the Korean country, thus makes a judgment and prediction on the prospect of the export of Korean labor resources under current sanctions of the United Nations Security Council.
