在中国实施“一带一路”倡议和“走出去”战略的大背景下,加快推进东北亚图们江出海口通道建设具有非常重要的特殊意义和紧迫性。利用图们江出海口,大力发挥吉林省的区位优势和产业优势,带动海洋经济发展,促进吉林省的对外开放,为“冰上丝绸之路”建设提供强有力的经济支撑,推动东北地区深度融入“一带一路”建设。

Under the background of implementing "The Belt and Road" initiative and the "going out" strategy in China, it is of great significance and urgency to speed up the construction of Tumen River entrance passage in Northeast Asia. Making use of the entrance of Tumen River, giving full play to the regional and industrial advantages of Jilin Province will promote marine economy development, promote the opening up of Jilin Province to the outside world, provide strong economic support for "Polar Silk Road" construction, and promote the deep integration of Northeast China into "The Belt and Road" initiative construction.
