摘要
推进和深化产教融合是发展我国职业技术教育的战略选择。本文从高职院校经贸类专业进行供给侧改革的要素分析入手,阐述了“五位协同”人才培养机制的内涵。从政府、学校、企业、学生四个角度分析推进产教融合面临的困境,最后从参与高职教育供给侧的主体角度提出相应对策。
Promoting and deepening the integration of production and teaching is the strategic choice for the development of vocational and technical education in China. Starting with the analysis of the elements of supply-side reform in the economic and trade majors of higher vocational colleges, this paper expounds the connotation of the “five-bit synergy” personnel training mechanism. This paper analyzes the predicament of promoting the integration of production and teaching from the four angles of government, school, enterprise and students, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of participating in the supply side of higher vocational education.
