摘要
中华茶文化的发展,经历了从“巴山峡川”之蛮夷“酪奴”到“富贵贫贱无不饮”之华夏国饮的过程。茶由南及北、由“夷”入“夏”,实质上是政治、文化双重共同体互构认同的过程:一方面,政治统摄文化,茶被统治阶层接纳后,由文化阶层流动迅速自上而下全民化,完成了变“夷”为“夏”;另一方面,文化反哺政治,茶在各类茶事中被赋予丰富的皇权意象、伦理意涵,发挥了对内礼制教化、对外人文化成的政治功效,实现了以“夏”化“夷”、天下一统。
The development of Chinese tea culture has gone through the process from as drinks for minority to Chinese national drinks. The road of tea, from the South to the North, from “Yi” to “Xia”, was essentially a process of construction and identification of the dual community of both politics and culture. On one hand, as the politics dominated culture, so after tea was accepted by the ruling class, it flowed rapidly from the top class down to the whole nation;on the other hand, culture fed politics. Endowed with rich images of imperial power and ethical implications in various tea activities, tea played a political role in inculcating internal ritual systems and culturing external civilians, managing to build a unified community for “Yi” and “Xia”.
