On Environment of Tea Drinking for Literati in Ming Dynasty

明代文人持茶具饮茶,十分注重饮茶环境,以营造清雅脱俗的氛围,达到洒脱、率性、怡然的精神追求。文人欣赏的饮茶环境有茶寮、山斋亭馆、僧寮道院以及山水自然等。本文通过明代文人著作(特别是茶书)、诗歌以及绘画,对明代文人追求的饮茶环境进行了较全面的探索。

In Ming Dynasty, literati used tea sets to drink tea. In order to create an elegant and refined atmosphere and achieve the spiritual pursuit of freedom, frankness and pleasure, they attached great importance to the drinking environment. The environment enjoyed by literati involved tea rooms, mountain pavilions, temples, Taoist temples and real nature. Through the works (especially books on tea), poems and paintings of literati back then, the tea drinking environment pursued by literati in Ming Dynasty can be explored comprehensively.
