略论晚明文人徐兴公的饮茶生活

On Tea Drinking Life of Xu Xinggong in Late Ming Dynasty

作为晚明著名的文化名人,徐兴公在生活中是一位爱好品茗、精通茶事的嗜茶之人。由徐氏饮茶生活可以管窥晚明文人品茗风貌。本文以徐兴公涉茶文集、诗歌等文字记录作为史料依据,从茶境之讲究、茶侣之组成、茶类之品味以及茶水之择取等方面论述其清幽高雅的饮茶生活。

As a famous cultural celebrity in late Ming Dynasty, Xu Xinggong was a tea lover who was proficient in tea activities. And literati style of drinking in late Ming Dynasty can be reflected from Xu’s tea drinking life. Based on the historical records of Xu Xinggong’s collection of tea articles and poems, this paper discusses his quiet and elegant tea drinking life from the aspects of drinking environment, drinking partners, tasting and the choice of water for brewing teas.
