域外汉籍所见宋僧茶汤榜辑考

Exploration on Chatangbang Written by Song Monks in Overseas Chinese Classics

茶汤榜是寺院内举办茶汤会前特意拟写的邀请通知文书。本文辑佚域外汉籍所收录的宋僧撰写的茶汤榜文,考证了茶汤榜文中饮用茶与汤的种类、制作方法、疗效以及煎点、斗茶的历史记载。在宋代“儒释融摄”背景下,宋僧书写的茶汤榜文援引大量佛籍以外的典籍,并以儒学化语言阐释禅门公案,倡导儒家忠孝仁义思想,强调佛门仪轨中蕴含儒家礼乐制度,阐发了“不离文字”的重要主张,成为宋僧书写诗文化、儒学化、世俗化的标志性文体。

Chatangbang (tea soup placard) was a specially written invitation notice document before the tea soup meeting held in the temple. This article compiles the tea soup placard written by Song monks and collected in overseas Chinese classics, and examines the types, making methods, curative effects, frying points and historical records of tea fighting in the placard. Under the harmonious background of Confucianism and Buddhism, the tea soup placard written by the monks in Song Dynasty quoted a large number of books and records other than Buddhism, and explained the Buddhist legal cases with Confucian language, advocated the Confucian thoughts of loyalty, filial piety and righteousness, emphasized the Confucian system of ritual and music contained in the Buddhist ritual, expounded the important idea of “practice must relate to text”, and became the symbolic style of writing poetry culture, Confucianism and secularization by the monks in Song Dynasty.
