汉晋时期至少存在茶粥和茶饮两种茶叶饮食形式,茶粥是一种以谷物为主料、掺入茶叶及其它佐料的半流质食品。茶叶在汉晋饮食中的地位类似于蔬菜。鼎即铁三(四)足架,它可能与茶叶饮食活动相关。汉晋时期在饮食茶叶之前可能存在揉擂等预制工序。
There were at least two forms of tea diet in the Han and Jin dynasties: tea porridge and tea drink. Tea porridge was a kind of semi-liquid food that grain was its main ingredient and mixed with tea and other condiments. Tea was similar to vegetables in the diet of the Han and Jin dynasties.“Ding Li”, an iron tripodal (or four-footed) stand, which might be related to the tea diet activity. And during the Han and Jin dynasties, there might be some preparation processes such as rolling before tea-drinking activities.
