溴化丁基橡胶微观结构及硫化胶性能关联性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对比国产溴化丁基橡胶BIIR-2与进口同类产品BIIR-1微观结构的差异性,研究了微观结构对BIIR混炼胶以及硫化胶性能的影响。BIIR-2不饱和度及溴含量高,也即交联点多,混炼胶硫化速度快,硫化胶交联度高。通过调整配方,可以使BIIR-2的硫化胶性能与BIIR-1的硫化胶性能相当,并且赋予了BIIR-2硫化胶更优异的气密性。 The differences in the microstructure of imported bromobutyl rubber(named BIIR-1) and similar homemade products(named BIIR-2) were compared. The effects of microstructure on the properties of BIIR compound and vulcanized rubber were studied. BIIR-2 had higher unsaturation and higher bromine content, in other words, had more cross-linking points, which caused higher vulcanization speed and higher cross-linking degree of the vulcanized rubber. By adjusting the formula, the performance of BIIR-2 vulcanized rubber could be equivalent to that of BIIR-1 vulcanized rubber, and more excellent air tightness was possessed by BIIR-2 vulcanized rubber.
