摘要
介绍聚丙烯装置在使用DQ-Ⅳ催化剂生产的低熔融指数产品转产新型HR催化剂生产的高熔融指数产品过程中,对操作及标准化转产方案的优化和探讨,以实现转产过程的快速、平稳,确保产品的质量。
This paper introduced the optimization and discussion on the operation and standardized conversion schemes in the production process of converting low melting index products produced by DQ-Ⅳ catalyst to high melting index products produced by new HR catalyst in polypropylene plant, which in order to realize fast and stable conversion process and ensure product quality.
