摘要
丙烯腈装置介质具有易燃、易爆、腐蚀、有毒、有害的特点,介质一旦腐蚀泄漏,将会产生较大的安全风险,同时会影响装置的稳定运行。通过对丙烯腈装置运行以来的典型腐蚀泄漏实例进行分析,并就造成丙烯腈装置腐蚀泄漏的腐蚀机理进行阐述,同时针对丙烯腈装置存在的腐蚀泄漏给出了相应的应对策略。应对策略实施后成效显著,大大减少了因腐蚀造成的泄漏,有利于丙烯腈装置的安全稳定运行。
The medium in acrylonitrile plant was flammable, explosive, corrosive, poisonous and harmful. Once the medium leaked out, greater safety risk would be generated and stable operation of the plant would be influenced. The typical corrosion leakage cases of the acrylonitrile plant since its operation were analyzed, the corrosion mechanism was described, and corresponding countermeasures for corrosion leakage of the acrylonitrile plant were given. Remarkable results were achieved after implementation of the strategy, leakage caused by the corrosion was reduced greatly, which would be instrumental to safe and stable running of the acrylonitrile plant.
