Contrastive Analysis on Safety Certification System of Mine Products between China and Russia

长期以来,各国都各自制定了立足于本国国情的矿用产品的强制性认证体系要求,且大多未能相互认可。重点介绍中国和俄罗斯两国矿用产品安全认证体系的对比分析,并对两国在安全认证体系互认、风险控制及贸易便利化提出了合理化建议。

For a long time, each country has formulated the requirements of compulsory certification system for mining products based on its own national conditions, and most of them can not recognize each other. The comparative analysis of the safety certification system of mining products between China and Russia have been introduced emphatically, and reasonable suggestions on mutual recognition, risk control and trade facilitation of the two countries in the safety certification system have been put forward.
