矿用限矩型磁力耦合器有限元仿真与试验 被引量:2

摘要 矿用限矩型磁力耦合器是一种适合于煤炭行业应用的驱动连接技术。为了研究限矩型磁力耦合器的转差、空气间隙对输出转矩的影响,通过利用有限元软件建立限矩型磁力耦合器的三维有限元模型,得到输出转矩特性。通过搭建限矩型磁力耦合器试验平台,验证了有限元仿真结果的准确性。 Mining torque-limited magnetic coupling is a kind of driving and connecting technology suitable for application in coal industry. In order to study the influence of slip and air gap on output torque of torque-limited magnetic coupling, a three-dimensional finite element model of torque-limited magnetic coupling has been established by using finite element software, and the output torque characteristics have been obtained. The accuracy of the finite element simulation results has been verified by setting up a test platform for the torque-limited magnetic coupling.
