摘要
为直线开关磁阻电动机提出了一种相对简单且准确的等效磁路模型,该模型不仅考虑了电动机的齿槽效应、磁路饱和、漏磁等现象,还可以使电动机在初次级的相对运动过程中,保持网络结构不变。采用网孔电流法求解模型,得到电动机磁场分布,并在此基础上对电动机的磁链、反电势等特性进行分析计算。同时建立了电动机的2D有限元模型,二者计算结果基本吻合,验证了等效磁路法的有效性。
A relatively simple and accurate equivalent magnetic circuit model for linear switched reluctance motor has been presented. The model not only has considered the cogging effect, magnetic saturation and leakage of the motor, but also has kept the network structure unchanged during the relative motion of the motor in the primary stage. The mesh current method has been used to solve the model, and the magnetic field distribution of the motor has been obtained. On this basis, the characteristics of the motor, such as flux linkage and back electromagnetic force, have been analyzed and calculated. At the same time, a two dimensional finite element model of the motor has been established. The results of the two models are basically consistent, which have been verified the validity of the equivalent magnetic circuit method.
