摘要
立井副井提升担负着全矿井运输车辆、人员物料及大型综采支架的提升任务,是矿井生产的关键环节,该复杂的生产工况,要求副井提升操车与信号具有较高安全性和可靠性。针对红庆河煤矿副井立井提升中发现的现场问题提出了整改方案,不仅实现了生产工艺环节程序化、自动化,而且提高了生产效率,杜绝因人为因素的影响而发生安全生产事故。
The hoisting of vertical auxiliary shaft is the key part of mine production, which undertakes the hoisting task of transporting vehicles, personnel, materials and large-scale fully mechanized mining support in the whole mine. Based on its complex production conditions, the operation and signal of auxiliary shaft hoisting are required to have high safety and reliability. In view of the problems found in the site of vertical auxiliary shaft in Hongqinghe Coal Mine, the improvement scheme has been put forward to realize the procedure and automation of production process, which can improve production efficiency and eliminate the safety production accidents caused by human factors.
