摘要
煤矿掘进生产期间,因条件限制时需采用矿车出矸的方式组织生产,传统情况下人力推车或平巷对拉绞车运输,需工种较多且劳动强度大,而采用风动钻机配合转轮、耙装机尾轮和钢丝绳组装成风动拉车装置。该装置以风动控速,操作简便,加工简易,造价低,既降低了劳动强度又大大提高了掘进出矸工效,为快速高效掘进奠定了坚实的基础。实际应用表明,采用风动拉车装置方案取得了良好的效果。
During coal mine excavation production, due to the limitation of conditions, it is necessary to organize production by way of gangue discharging from mine trucks. Traditionally, manual trammer and roadway trammer have been used to transport winches, which requires many types of work and labor intensity. Pneumatic drills have been used to assemble a pneumatic pulling device with runners, tail wheels of rake loaders and wire ropes. The device has the advantages of pneumatic speed control, simple operation, simple processing and low cost. It can not only reduce the labor intensity, but also greatly improve the efficiency of digging and discharging waste, which lays a solid foundation for rapid and efficient digging. The practical application shows that the scheme of pneumatic pulling device has achieved good results.
