摘要
针对斜沟选煤厂的两套独立装车系统,因设备老化,频繁出现死机、黑屏及硬件损坏等故障,影响了装车站安全稳定运行的问题,提出一种基于工控机的系统改造方案。主要以工控机取代服务器,对两套独立的装车操作系统画面进行整合,并实现互用互通功能。经实际应用11个月以来,该系统既降低了维护技术难度和成本,又减少了备机投入,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the problems of aging equipment, frequent crashes, black screen and hardware damage of two sets of independent loading system in oblique channel preparation plant, which affect the safe and stable operation of loading station, a system transformational scheme based on industrial personal computer has been proposed. It mainly replaces server with industrial personal computer, integrates two sets of independent loading operation system pictures and realizes interoperability. Through practical application, it can not only reduce the difficulty and cost of maintenance technology, but also reduce the investment of standby machine, the application effect has been good.
