Design and Implementation of Tianjin “One Blueprint,Multi-plan Coordination” Integrated Management Platform

天津市“一张蓝图,多规合一”综合管理平台建设项目是天津市工程建设项目审批制度改革试点的工作任务之一,按照市、区两个层级进行建设;技术架构上按照B/S模式分为基础层、数据层、服务层、应用层、表现层;建设内容包括一个数据中心、一套应用系统、一个基础环境、一套保障机制;应用上实现了与工程建设项目联合审批平台、委办局业务系统的互联互通。

The project of Tianjin “One blueprint,Multi-plan Coordination” Integrated Management Platform construction is one of the reform tasks of approval systems for construction projects in Tianjin,which is built according to two levels of municipal,district. The technical structure about the project is divided into foundation environment layer,data layer,service layer,application layer and performance layer according to B/S mode. The construction task about the project includes a data center,a set of application system,a foundation environment,a set of safeguard mechanism.The project has achieved communication and sharing with the joint approval platform for construction projects and all commissions’s business work platforms.
