摘要
我国城中村改造中高效、准确地获取建筑拆迁面积是目前测绘应用面临的难题。本文重点介绍了通过倾斜摄影、机载激光扫描方式并依托全景真三维技术,对拆迁区域构建高精度真三维模型成果,并提炼出全部构筑物DSM的基础上划分网格、统计建筑按最小网格累计积分的建筑面积自动化计算的技术路线,为通过新型测绘技术手段快速、高精度提取城市空间动态变化,为城中村改造等决策支持提供了一种有效的解决方案。
It is very difficult to acquire the area of illegal construction efficiently and accurately in China by surveying and mapping techniques. This paper mainly introduces highly automated process and advantages of panoramic photorealistic 3D image technology,based on multiple airborne sensors technology including oblique photography system and airborne radar sensor. Furthermore,through this technology,based on high precision 3D model data and DSM,it is possible to divide the target region into grids,calculate the accumulative integral of statistical building area according to the smallest grids,and generate the total removal area automatically. The engineering practice shows that this method provides a rapid and high-precision extraction of urban spatial dynamic changes and provides an effective solution for supplying the most reasonable compensation basis for government departments.
