Pareto Histogram for Quality Management in the Third National Land Survey

第三次全国国土调查工作的成果质量要求有:标准严格、数据量大、影响因素多等特点,在质量管理工作中,需要采用质量管理环节前移、主动质量控制等方式及时发现、调整质量偏差。通过将质量管理直方图与帕累托理论结合,以帕累托图的方式对三调数据成果进行分析,获得一种快速确定主要质量影响因素的方法,以满足三调成果的高标准质量控制要求。

The quality requirements of the the third national land survey work were:strict standards,large amount of data,and many influencing factors. So,quality management links were required to move forward and active quality control was needed to timely discover and adjust the deviations of quality. By combining the quality management histogram with the Pareto theory,the results of the triad data were analyzed by Pareto diagram,and a method for quickly determining the main quality influencing factors was obtained to meet the high standard quality control of the triad results.
