Discussion on Regional Assessment Method of Geological Hazard Risk

实行地质灾害危险性区域评估是国家推进建设项目审批制度改革的一项重要举措。本文结合武汉市开展地质灾害危险性区域评估的实际情况和相关文件、规范要求,介绍了一种能同时兼顾规划用地和不同建设项目审批需求的区域评估方法。该方法是一般建设项目单独评估转变为区域评估的一种探索,为武汉市乃至全国地质灾害危险性区域评估工作的推广提供参考。

Implementing regional assessment of geological hazard risk is an important move for our country to promote approval system reform of construction projects. According to some related files and standards and actual situation of regional assessment of geological hazard risk in Wuhan,this paper introduces a risk regional evaluation method of geological hazard risk,which can take into account the approval demand of both planning land and construction projects. The method is an exploration of transforming individual assessment into regional assessment,that provide a reference for the promotion of regional assessment of geological hazard risk assessment in Wuhan and even in the whole country.
