摘要
“PDCA”质量管理理论是高职人才培养质量诊断与改进的理论基础。高职特色专业人才培养质量评价体系的过程管理可促进特色人才培养质量的提高。综合采信高职院校、教育管理部门、用人单位、学生、社会研究机构等“五主体”评价信息,用专家咨询法确定建筑工程技术特色专业人才培养质量评价指标体系,运用专家打分统计平均值法确定各三级指标权重和第三级指标专家赋分值,并按照“PDCA”循环动态评价机制运行,有利于高素质特色人才培养目标。
"PDCA" quality management theory is the theoretical basis for the quality diagnosis and improvement of higher vocational talent training.The process management of talent training quality evaluation system of higher vocational characteristic major can promote the talent training quality.It adopts evaluation information from the five main parts of higher vocational colleges, education administrative department, employers, students and social research institutions, uses expert consultation to determine the evaluation index system of construction engineering technology talent training, determines each three-level index weight and expert scoring at the third level index by expert scoring statistical average value method, and operates in accordance with the "PDCA" cycle dynamic assessment mechanism.This is conducive to the goal of training high quality and characteristic talent.
