The construction of "Double High Plan" provides a strong institutional guarantee for the innovative development of higher vocational colleges, and points out its goal and development direction.According to the construction requirements of "Double High Plan", higher vocational colleges should take school-enterprise cooperation as the main line to deepen the integration of production and education;take characteristic development as the guide to improve educational competitiveness;take innovation as the driving force to push forward connotation development;take "double high" as the guide to change the evaluation model;take "connotation construction" as the principle to improve the ability of governance.
