Study on Preparation of Glutamic Acid Soap and Its Performance

以月桂酰谷氨酸及其钠盐为表面活性剂,复配适量的山梨(糖)醇和1,3-丙二醇作为保湿剂、香精作为芳香剂、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠为助表面活性剂,通过改变氨基酸表面活性剂的添加量、中和剂的种类和用量、增稠剂的种类和用量,制备出一款性能温和、无添加防腐剂的谷氨酸皂,测试其感官和理化指标、硬度,并对多名受试者进行问卷调查。结果表明:该谷氨酸皂符合GB/T2485-2008香皂标准,硬度合适,产品呈弱酸性,与人体皮肤pH极为接近,泡沫丰富、细腻且稳定,洗净力良好,去油效果较佳,用后滑爽、舒适、无紧绷感[1]。

Without adding preservatives, the glutamic acid soap with mild performance was prepared by using sodium lauryl glutamate and its sodium salt as surfactants, adding suitable amount of sorbitol (glycerol) and propanediol as moisturizing agents, flavors as aromatics, methyl coconut oil sodium taurine as cosurfactant, and changing the amount of amino acid surfactant, the type and dosage of neutralizer, the type and dosage of thickener. Its sensory, physical and chemical indexes and hardness were tested. An investigation using questionnaires was conducted among several subjects. The results showed that the glutamic acid soap conformed to the standard of GB/T 2485-2008 soap, the hardness was suitable, the product was weakly acidic and the pH was very close to the human skin, the foam was rich, fine and stable, the washing power was good, the oil removing effect was better, smooth, comfortable and no tension feeling after using.
