摘要
2017年“中国社会科学论坛(2017·经济学)——低碳发展与生态康养旅游名市建设国际论坛”在广元召开,围绕低碳城市、生态康养旅游这个主题,就广元市推进生态文明与可持续发展战略进行了梳理、总结与展望。广元市委、市政府从打造“绿色广元、康养之都”生态城市建设目标上,以低碳、绿色为基,以文化、康养为质,以旅游、产业为突破口,积极探寻助推广元新发展之路。分析广元创建“生态康养旅游”经济城市的优势、举措和成效,为下一步发展提出建议。
In 2017,the "China Social Science Forum (2017.Economics)-International Forum on Low Carbon Development and the Construction of Eco-health Tourism Cities" was held in Guangyuan.Focusing on the theme of low-carbon city and eco-health tourism,the strategies of promoting eco-civilization and sustainable development in Guangyuan were sorted out,summarized and prospected.Guangyuan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government,from the goal of building an ecological city of "green Guangyuan and healthy city",taking low-carbon and green as the foundation,culture and health as the quality,tourism and industry as the breakthroughs,actively explore ways to help promote the new development of Guangyuan.This paper analyses the advantages,measures and results of Guangyuan's establishment of an eco-health tourism economic city,and puts forward some suggestions for its further development.
