摘要
“中国制造2025”对全面提升中国制造业发展和创新、实现中国制造智能化目标提出具体部署。从“中国制造2025”和工匠精神的内涵特点入手,通过分析当前工科类高职院校工匠精神培育存在的主要问题,分别从弘扬工匠精神校园文化氛围、完善课程体系结构的设置、搭建校企合作工匠精神培育平台、打造具备工匠精神的“双师型”师资队伍、利用“互联网+”技术,提高具备工匠精神的创新创业能力和加强学生职业素养的教育,全面深化工匠精神的培养等方面培育我国制造业所需“工匠”人才,为我国实现制造强国提供坚实人才保障。
"Made in China 2025" proposes specific arrangements for comprehensively promoting the development and innovation of China's manufacturing industry and realizing the goal of intelligent manufacturing in China.Starting with the connotation and characteristics of "Made in China 2025" and craftsman spirit,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit in engineering higher vocational colleges,and respectively from the aspects of promoting the cultural atmosphere of the craftsman spirit on campus,improving the setting up of the structure of the curriculum system,constructing the cultivation platform for school-enterprise cooperation craftsman spirit,building a "double-qualified" faculty with craftsman spirit,using the "internet+" technology,improving the creative and entrepreneurial ability with craftsman spirit,strengthening the education of students' vocational literacy and comprehensively deepening the cultivation of craftsman spirit,discusses how to cultivate the "craftsman" talents needed by china's manufacturing industry,so as to provide a solid talent guarantee for China to achieve a manufacturing power.
