高职院校大学生职业道德教育正反相关性问题研究——基于山东省三所高职院校学生职业道德教育实证研究

Research on the Positive and Negative Relevance of Vocational Ethics Education forCollege Students in Higher Vocational Colleges ——Empirical Study on Vocational Ethics Education of the Students from Three Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province

职业道德是高职院校培养高素质人才的核心要素,其意义非常重要。基于对高职院校学生职业道德教育的实证研究发现,高职院校在学生职业道德教育方面存在以下问题:学生对职业道德教育效果评价一般与高职院校对职业道德教育重视程度一般正相关、学生对职业道德重要性高度认可与学生对职业道德重要内容价值认同不匹配等五种正反相关性问题。并在对五种正反相关性问题原因分析基础上,提出了对策和建议。

Professional ethics is the core element of training high-quality talents in Higher Vocational colleges,and its significance is very important.Based on the empirical research on vocational ethics education of students in Higher Vocational colleges,it is found that there are problems in vocational ethics education in Higher Vocational colleges:Students' evaluation of the effect of vocational ethics education is generally positively related to the degree of emphasis on vocational ethics education in Higher Vocational colleges;Students' recognition of the importance of vocational ethics is highly incompatible with students' recognition of the value of the important content of Vocational ethics.And on the basis of the analysis of the causes of the five positive and negative correlation problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
