油茶果循环干燥EAT智能测控方法的应用 被引量:1

摘要 干燥是油茶果采收后重要的加工环节,干燥过程的精准测控是确保油茶果品质的重要手段。为了保证油茶果在干燥过程中自动控制的精准度和稳定性,本文提出了油茶果循环干燥过程EAT(等效积温)智能测控方法,该方法采用循环干燥过程等效积温控制,简化了传统干燥过程中水分控制的复杂操作,克服了测控精准度低、稳定性差等缺点。在此基础上建立循环干燥过程EAT智能测控系统,并应用在油茶果循环式干燥机上,效果良好。 Drying is an important processing link of Camellia oleifera fruit after harvest.Precise measurement and control of drying process is an important means to ensure the quality of Camellia oleifera fruit.In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of automatic control in the drying process of Camellia oleifera fruit,an intelligent measurement and control method of EAT (equivalent accumulated temperature) in the drying process of Camellia oleifera fruit is proposed in this paper. The equivalent accumulated temperature control method in the drying process is adopted in this method,the complex operation of moisture control in the traditional drying process is simplified, and the poor stability and precision of measurement and control is overcome.On this basis,an EAT intelligent measurement and control system for the process of cyclic drying is established and applied to the circular dryer of Camellia oleifera fruit with good results.
