随着国际经济与贸易的蓬勃发展,关税措施在国际贸易中的作用逐渐削弱,而非关税壁垒的作用逐渐提高。各进口国利用动植物卫生检疫(SanitaryandPhytosanitaryAgreement,即SPS协定)措施对中国农产品进行限制,甚至禁止进口。中国是世界上第二大鸡肉生产国,但鸡肉生产与出口贸易的发展相比却极不相称。面对众多的SPS措施限制,中国要多了解国外市场,提高鸡肉产品在国际贸易中的竞争力。

With the vigorous development of international economy and trade, the role of tariff measure has gradually weakened, and the role of non-tariff barrier has gradually increased. Many importing countries use the SPS Agreement(Sanitary and Phytosanitary Agreement) to restrict and even prohibit the import of China’s agricultural products. China is the second largest chicken producer in the world, but its chicken production is extremely disproportionate to the development of its chicken export. Faced with so many restrictions from the SPS Agreement, China needs to know more about foreign markets and improve the competitiveness of chicken products in international trade.
