乡村振兴战略视域下农林高校大学生乡村价值认同教育初探 被引量:3

College Students Education in Rural Value Identification in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

摘要 十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略为农业、农村、农民的发展提供了政策支持,具有历史性的重要意义。乡村振兴战略必将为推进我国农业和农村现代化注入强大动力,催生更多的机遇。农林高校作为培养人才的中坚力量,大学生的乡村价值认同将直接影响到农业人才的数量和质量。农林高校应该分析当前乡村价值认同教育的现状,明确人才培养的价值目标,以农业创新班为载体,以班级教育为主渠道,依托第二课堂和新媒体平台,培养大学生的乡村价值认同感,从而达到培育“一懂两爱”的高素质“三农”工作队伍的目标。 The rural revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress provides policy support for the development of agriculture, rural areas and rural people, and is of historic significance. The strategy will certainly inject more powerful impetus into China’s agriculture and rural modernization, and bring about more opportunities. Agricultural and forestry colleges and universities are the core forces of talent cultivation, and their college students education in rural value identification will directly affect the quantity and quality of agricultural talents. They need to analyze current situation of the education in this aspect, and set clear value and objectives for their talent cultivation. Also they need to take agricultural innovation classes as the carrier and class education the main channel, and rely on the second classrooms and new media platforms so as to achieve the goal of cultivating highquality working teams who have a good knowledge of agriculture, love rural areas, and care about rural people.
