And the urgentness of the turning lies in that the unhealthy phenomena of public living state in cyberspace, such as misconducts of people’s practice, confounding of cultural orientation, loss of life meaning, etc., demand initiative action “to win people by civilization”. Since effective practice is inseparable from in-depth study, the methods to study the turning can be carried out from the aspects of analyzing the special connotation of “to win people by civilization”, scrutinizing its double situations, identifying its principal contradiction, and constructing the influence field in which cyberspace dominates social culture.
