摘要
涤纶、棉布和涤麻是3种常用的鞋用里布,黄芩甙是一种天然抗菌材料。研究了不同浓度的黄芩甙抗菌整理液对涤纶、棉布和涤麻3种基布抗菌性能及物理性能的影响。结果表明:在相同条件下,整理后的涤麻织物的抗菌性最好,且拉伸断裂强力最大,涤纶的断裂伸长率和透气性最好,涤麻白度受整理液浓度变化影响最大,抗弯刚度最强。
Polyester,cotton and polyester/hemp were three kinds of frequently-used shoe linings.Baicalin was natural antibacterial material.The effects of different concentrations of Baicalin on the antibacterial and physical performances of polyester,cotton and polyester/hemp were studied.The results indicated that under the same conditions,the polyester/hemp had the best antibacterial property and tensile breaking strength.The elongation at break and gas permeability of polyester were the best.The polyester/hemp had the strongest bending stiffness,and its whiteness was most affected by the change of finishing liquid concentration.
