创新创业环境下传统扎染工艺创新人才培养模式及实践探究

Research on the Training Mode and Practice of Innovative Talents in Traditional Tie-dye Process under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

以厦门大学嘉庚学院艺术设计系“沐九染缬工坊”扎染工作室为例,结合应用型本科院校的资源,从传统工艺的品牌创新、工艺创新、设计创新、载体创新、传播创新等途径入手,探寻创新创业思维在传统工艺人才培养中的应用,在传承中国优秀传统工艺的同时为高校传统工艺创新创业人才培养模式提供新的思路。

Taking the tie-dye studio of "mu jiu tie-dye studio " in the department of art and design of Tan Kah Kee College of Xiamen University as an example,combining the resources of applied undergraduate colleges,starting with brand innovation,technology innovation,design innovation,carrier innovation and transmission way innovation,the application of innovation and entrepreneurship concept in the talent cultivation model were analyzed.While inheriting excellent traditional crafts,it also could provide new ideas for the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in colleges and universities.
