In order to ensure the quality of pure cotton carded yarn,process parameters were reasonably controlled in blowing,carding and drawing roving process.Temperature,humidity and operation management were strengthened.After the implementation of large quantity technology,the quality of spinning C18.5 tex yarn was steadily improved,the cost was reduced,and the production benefit was improved.
