高校教务管理信息化建设研究

Research on Informatization Construction of Academic Administration in Universities

随着计算机网络的迅速发展和日益普及,各高等院校已经非常普及地使用教务管理信息系统,创建集教务、教学、教师和学生信息于一体的高效网络信息化管理平台,进而减轻教务人员的工作压力,就我校目前使用的教务管理信息系统功能的不足,提出完善意见。主要改善的功能包括学籍管理、教学计划管理、排课管理、选课管理、考务管理、成绩管理等模块。在现有功能基础上实现日常教务教学管理中的基本事务管理工作,满足各功能的需求并达到理想的效果,为我校管理工作提供便利。

With the rapid development and increasing popularity of computer networks,colleges and universities have become very popular in the use of educational management information systems to create an efficient network information management platform that integrates educational administration,teaching,teacher and student information. Then improve the heavy teaching work,complicated documents and materials,reduce the pressure on the teaching staff, the current use of the academic management information system of our school is not enough to improve.The main improved functions include learning management,teaching plan management,course scheduling management,course selection management,examination management,and performance management.On the basis of the existing functions, the basic affairs management work in the daily teaching and teaching management can be realized to meet the needs of each function and achieve the ideal results,so as to provide convenience for the management work of our school.
