摘要
随着社会和时代的发展,当前我国高等教育已经开始逐渐向大众化方向发展。国家和各级政府纷纷出台相关法律法规,大力扶持当前的民办教育,因此各地民办高校蓬勃兴起,极大地促进了我国的高等教育事业,推动我国教育体系的迅猛发展。管理育人在高校人才培养工作中占有重要地位,创新高校管理制度,提升管理队伍整体素质,培养学生正确的人生观和价值观,实现学生全面发展。
