以提高学生核心素养为目标的全员育人环境建设研究

Research on the Environment Construction of All Personnel Education with the Aim of Improving Students’ Core Literacy

文章分析了高校有关部门在培养学生核心素养全员育人环境建设中的现状,提出了要以提高学生核心素养全面发展为目标,不断加强“以人才成长”为中心的部门协同融合育人环境建设,促进德育、智育、体育的协调发展,探索激励各部门为学生成长服务的建议。

This paper analyzed the current situation of the relevant departments of colleges and university in constructing the core environment of students' core literacy,and put forward the goal of improving the overall development of students' core literacy,to continuously strengthen the department's collaborative and educational environment construction centered on talent growth,promoting the coordinated development of moral education, intellectual education and sports,and explored suggestions to motivate all departments to serve students' development.
