摘要
国际化课程建设是我国工程教育国际化的重要组成部分,是实现国际化人才培养的重要环节,课程的教学内容及能力考核点应面向全球经济发展与国际人才市场的需求进行确定。我国“一带一路”倡议的推进,急需培养大量熟悉国际规则、具有国际视野的外向型土木工程人才。土木工程专业主干课《混凝土结构设计原理》教学内容中应体现不同地区、不同国家采用设计规范的分析比较,并将“具有一定的国际视野、能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流”作为此课程的能力考核点。文章以“受弯构件斜截面承载力与配筋计算”内容为例,从受弯构件受剪机理与破坏形态、斜截面受剪承载力、截面设计方法等几个方面,分析比较了中国、欧洲各国、美国等国家混凝土设计规范的异同,建议了对应的学时分配和能力考核点。
The international curriculum system building is an important part of Chinese Engineering Education internationalization,and plays an important role for training the international talents.Now Chinese "one Belt,one Road" strategy needs a lot of oversea-oriented civil engineering talents who are familiar with international rules and have international view.Therefore,the teaching content of Concrete Structure Design Principles should reflect the different methods when using different design codes adopted in some foreign regions or countries.Moreover,the requirement, having international view and being able to communicate and cooperate at different cultural background,is proposed as the ability assessment point for this course.Finally the shear resist capacity calculation for diagonal section of flexural member is discussed about the differences between China,Europe and the United States codes,especially focused on shear mechanismand failure mode of flexural members,shear resist capacity of diagonal section,and an engineering design case.
