With the sample of CINRAD maintenance training,how to implement its curriculum system is introduced.Through the analysis of students,different levels of training should be developed in future.From the point of view as a teacher,its teacher force and training effectiveness are analyzed in detail,and its experience and what need to be improved are presented.At last,the challenge and chance of CINRADmaintenance training is pointed out.
