As an important part of postgraduate education,postgraduate teaching work has a very important position.The work ability,efficiency and attitude of graduate student academic staff affect the development and implementation of graduate student education.This paper starts with the main problems existing in graduate student teaching work at present,puts forward the countermeasures and methods to improve graduate student teaching work, improve the effectiveness of graduate student teaching work,and promote the vigorous development of graduate student education.
