高校学生每天停留时间最多的场所就是集体宿舍,高校应当建立制度鼓励辅导员深入宿舍,加强学校的住宿管理。立足学生的第一社区、第二家庭、第三课堂开展工作,这是高校辅导员履行“九大职责”的内在要求,更是国家、社会以及家庭对辅导员工作的外在要求。
