随着高校校园网络环境的逐步建成,行政管理办公自动化系统建设为高校行政管理工作带来了诸多便利。针对目前高校行政管理办公自动化系统存在的问题,作者提出了办公自动化建设需要注意的问题,希望能够促进办公自动化系统更加完善和实用。

With the gradual construction of the campus network environment,the construction of the office automation system of administration has brought a lot of convenience to the administration work of the college.This paper aims at the problems existing in the office automation system of college administration,puts forward some problems needing attention in the construction of office automation,hoping to promote the office automation system will be more perfect and practical.
