以健身为媒介的健康教育对高校大学生的重要意义

摘要 马克思关于人的全面发展学说是我国确立教育目的的理论依据。近年来中小学的素质教育改革一直在实践中不断努力贯彻着这一理论,然而,经过应试教育的在校大学生的“全面发展”,特别是精神和身体的全面发展却依然处于一个十分被动的状态。调查发现以健身为媒介的健康教育对大学生建立完善的人格、构建强健的体魄、塑造稳定完善的心理等多方面有着积极影响。文章初步分析了目前大学生生理和心理的健康状况及其主要原因,以及以健身为媒介的健康教育对学生身体、心理及未来发展各方面的重要意义;呼吁在校大学生积极参与健身运动,提倡将以健身为媒介的健康教育课程化、系统化,坚持培养全面发展的“社会主义建设人才”,努力向“师生健康、中国健康”的目标不断靠近。 The theory of all-round development of human beings by Marx is the basis for establishing educational goals in China.In recent years,we have been constantly striving to implement this theory in practice of the reform of quality education in primary and secondary schools.However,the "all-round development" of college students after exam-oriented education is still in a very passive state,particularly in the overall development of the spirit and the body. Previous studies have found that fitness-based health education had a positive impact on college students' establishment of perfect personality,building a strong body,and shaping a stable and perfect psychology.This study initially analyzes the current physiological and psychological health status of college students and its main reasons;and elucidates the importance of fitness-based health education to students' physical,psychological and future development.Besides,we appeal to college students to actively participate in fitness activities;advocate the comprehensive and curricular health education underlying the medium of fitness;and persists in training the "social construction talents" within all-round development,strive to keep close to the goal of "Healthy Teachers,Students and China".
