摘要
对比美国、英国、日本等发达国家,国内优秀本科生的科研创新能力呈现不足。从学生、导师和高校三个层面分析了优秀本科生培养在选拔方式和指导方法上存在的问题。建议在采用综合考评、注重心性培养、制定个性化指导和加强激励力度等方面进行改革。
Compared to the situation in the United States,Britain,Japan and other developed countries,the domestic excellent undergraduates,research and innovation abilities present the insufficiency.The existing problems in the selection and guidance method of excellent undergraduates were analyzed from three aspects of students,advisors and universities.Reforms are suggested to be implemented in the aspects of adopting comprehensive evaluation,attaching importance to the cultivation of mind,developing personalized guidance and increasing incentives.
